Peter joined Bellfield Partners during the firm's founding in 2025. Peter has spent his entire career on Wall Street advising a variety of individual and institutional clients on strategic value creation. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President with Houlihan Lokey in New York, a $14 billion independent investment banking advisory firm. While at Houlihan Lokey, Peter completed over $20 billion in aggregate transaction value, advising clients from multi-billion dollar public companies to middle-market founder-owned businesses on complex M&A, capital raising and recapitalizations, valuation, and restructuring. His experience has covered a range of industries including consumer, real estate, lodging & leisure, industrial, business services, technology, and aerospace & defense, among others.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Peter spent time at Wells Fargo and Credit Suisse in New York, where he conducted portfolio management for three long-only discretionary equity strategies and managed the operations for $2.5 billion in client assets.
Peter earned his MBA from the Darden School of Business, where he was a lead portfolio manager at Darden Capital Management, President of a finance-focused student organization, and an Honor Representative. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and completed the McIntire Business Institute program.
Peter serves on the Board of Directors of Stored Energy Holdings, Inc., one of the nation's leading independent battery distributors and the largest in the northeastern United States.
